CBRE Melbourne and creative agency, Nose To Tail, engaged us to produce a video for a major shopping centre in Melbourne’s east, Burwood One. Which is potentially the biggest retail deal of 2018, expected to fetch about $200 million, according to market sources. With Australia’s strongest trading Coles and Kmart combination and the oldest Kmart store in the country. We produced two videos for this campaign, the first focusing on the existing asset and the history, and the second around the future potential.
Unique parts of the video were a time-lapse which ran over a period of two weeks to capture the 24-hour trading and filming two individual talent shoots.
